Walk the floor.
A week, on-site if your operation needs it. We watch the actual workflow, name the bottleneck honestly, and write down the metric we're going to move.

Build the spike.
Two to four weeks. A real, deployable proof: connected to your real systems, looking at your real numbers, running against your real edge cases.
- PHASE 03
Embed and harden.
A multi-month engagement, weekly demos, the metric moves visibly. We add the boring stuff — auth, audit, error budgets, on-call — and ship the production cut.

Hand off — or stay.
When the system is operating itself, we hand it to your team with documentation and a year of background support. If you want us to keep iterating, we stay.
