What it
does.

Parsec is an automated quoting engine for window and door dealers. It reads architectural blueprints, Excel price books, and legacy PDF catalogs — and turns them into branded, accurate quotes in minutes.

The bottleneck on most dealer floors isn't lead volume; it's quote turnaround. Six hours of measuring openings, looking up SKUs, calculating tier discounts, and stitching together a PDF. Parsec compresses that into about five minutes, with the same pricing logic that's lived inside a twenty-year-old MSSQL system preserved underneath.

01

Read the blueprint.

Automated extraction of window and opening specifications from architectural plans, with per-item confidence scoring. A two-click correction workflow handles the cases the model isn't sure about — and learns from them.

02

Honor the price book.

Tier- and region-aware discount logic applied automatically. The pricing rules your business has spent two decades refining stay exactly as they are; Parsec just makes them queryable in real time.

03

Brand the output.

Custom-templated PDF quotes carrying your logo, terms, and signature flow. E-sign and a public link let homeowners accept without an account.

04

Sync the stack.

Two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Epicor. Your CRM stays the source of truth; Parsec is the engine room.
